A Letter to all of our Patrons:
We want to thank you for visiting Laugh Boston and continuing to support us as we remain closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, Laugh Boston remains closed until further notice. We're waiting until the State of Massachusetts and the City of Boston provides us with guidance and approval for safely reopening to the public. Until that time all shows are currently on hold and regularly being rescheduled so that we can open as soon as possible. We're working closely with comedic talent, city officials, and our local vendors and partners so we can confidently say that WE WILL REOPEN when that time comes.
Right now all operations staff, including our management teams, are furloughed so there is no one available to answer any questions regarding past ticket purchases or upcoming show dates. But this is what you can expect:
1) All past ticket purchases will be exchanged into new shows that get scheduled. If you are unable to attend the new shows dates you will be given a hassle-free refund. If shows were scheduled in the first quarter of 2021 they will not be happening, but as mentioned, your tickets will be exchanged into the new dates. Canceled shows will be refunded when we have staff available to process and assist with those requests.
2) When we are able to reopen you will be notified by email and we will post updates to our social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook. Patrons for shows that were previously confirmed for 2021 dates will also receive email reminders and updates as soon as there is information to share.
We understand that your time and entertainment choices are important so it's our goal to make sure that you have nothing to worry about. As things get better we will handle everything for you so all you have to do is come back and enjoy the show or not.
We thank you again for your patience and understanding and wish you and your families the best of health. We look forward to seeing you and laughing with you again soon!
No Rest For The Wicked Funny is the incorporated 501(c)3 public charity branch of Improv Asylum and Laugh Boston. How else can you help? Buy a gift card to Laugh Boston that you can use when we’re open again! 50% of every gift card purchases made during the temporary shut down will go towards the No Rest for the Wicked Funny fund to support out of work performers.

In response to the ongoing developments regarding COVID-19, we at Laugh Boston believe that it is in the best interest of our patrons, employees, and performers to close our doors until further notice.
Ticket holders for upcoming performances will be contacted directly via email by our box office in the event that the performance has been canceled or postponed to a later date. Additionally, your purchase will automatically be placed into a credit held under your NAME and the ORIGINAL PERFORMANCE for which it was purchased. This credit can be applied to any future show at Laugh Boston once live performances resume, at which time you will receive an email alert explaining that Laugh Boston has reopened. If you are satisfied with the credit, no action is needed until you receive an email from our Box Office stating that we have reopened. Otherwise, refunds will be issued for ticket holders who would prefer that option.
Questions regarding refunds or exchanges for canceled events can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can assure you that all requests will be met, but we ask for your patience as we are currently experiencing an increased volume of incoming communication due to recent events. Information regarding cancelations or postponements will be listed on our homepage www.LaughBoston.com and you can also follow us at @LaughBoston for additional updates.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these extraordinary times and look forward to welcoming you back to Laugh Boston in the near future. Please stay safe and thank you for your support.
